... before it is officially the middle of December. See how sneaky I am, internetz?

Part of my recent blogging hiatus is that I took approximately eleventy thousand photos in October and blogging them all is a CHORE, even though they are adorable. (parenting metaphor, anyone?) And want to know what I do with chores? I AVOID THEM. (that part should not be interpreted as a parenting metaphor. please do not call DHS.)

Anyway, back in October the kids and I took our annual trip to the state park to play with leaves. Someone was having a wedding there, but we were not deterred.

And yes, it was something like 80 degrees that day, so all of my fall pictures are of the kids in summer clothes.

I am not complaining. (unlike the majority of Iowans who can't seem to function without snow in December. wth, Iowans?)

There are no clever comments because, seriously, if I had to say something about every single one of these photos I might never blog again.
